This free CE ethics training is part of the Gray Zone Ethics series. The goal of our Gray Zone series isn’t to tell you what to do, but rather to spur personal reflection about why YOU think YOU should do something a particular way. The Sun Shines for All of Us is a self-paced, non-interactive video training course that is appropriate for all licensed mental health professionals. Course Objectives: 1. Explain the core ethical standards that mandate putting a client's choice and autonomy ahead of an organization's business interests or contracts. 2. Evaluate the current professional data to understand the high and ongoing demand for mental health services across the US population. 3. Formulate strategies for professional collaboration to improve client referral systems and strengthen the overall support network among clinicians. Content level: Beginner - Advanced Course requirements: This course contains one video lesson. After watching the video lesson, you will complete a 5-question quiz and must score 80% or higher. You have unlimited quiz retakes. You must complete all content and an end-of-course program evaluation. Then your CE certificate will be issued to you.
