Our Vision

We aspire to create a future where clinicians are confidently equipped to address the most complex mental health challenges, leading to improved outcomes and greater well-being for individuals and communities. We envision a world where specialized knowledge is democratized, fostering a more informed and effective mental health workforce that can meet the diverse needs of all individuals seeking support.  By sharing practical insights, evidence-based approaches, and lessons learned from extensive clinical experience,  we strive to contribute to a paradigm shift in mental health care, marked by increased competence, professional  growth, ethical practice, and a deeper understanding of the complexities of the human mind.

Our Intentions

At Get Into Your Head Training, we believe in learning from real-world experiences and fostering a supportive community where practitioners can grow and thrive. We intend to provide affordable, high-quality training that empowers mental health practitioners to become more competent and confident in their work. We are frustrated with the cost increase trends we are seeing in mental health care training. We intend to be a leading provider of accessible and relevant mental health education, recognized for empowering a generation of highly skilled and compassionate practitioners while simultaneously not engaging in price gouging.

Our Founders

Get Into Your Head Training was born from a deep-seated passion for empowering all levels of mental health practitioners. Founded by AshleyDawn and Xavier, seasoned clinicians and founders of Get Out Of Your Head Therapy, our company aims to bridge the gap in accessible, engaging, high-quality training. Inspired by their own professional journeys, including the valuable lessons learned from wrestling with ethical dilemmas, learning how to provide exceptional care within a broken healthcare system, and navigating the complexities of private practice. AshleyDawn and Xavier are committed to equipping other clinicians with the competence and confidence needed to be excellent.
