Our Learning Management System (LMS) puts a lot of limitations on the functionality we can offer. It doesn't have a function to turn subtitles on or off. 75% of beta testers find subtitles to be helpful, so we made the call to incorporate subtitles into all of our trainings as a way of living out our values of inclusivity and accessibility. The size and location of the subtitles allow for universal compatibility on all devices.
