The goal of our Gray Zone series isn’t to tell you what to do, but rather to spur personal reflection about why YOU think YOU should do something a particular way. This training is also part of the Collab series, where we amplify the voices of clinicians doing awesome things. Beyond the Title: Ethics for the Clinician-Coach is a self-paced, non-interactive video training course that is appropriate for all licensed mental health professionals. This course is meant to equip licensed mental health clinicians with an understanding of the ethical and professional considerations when expanding their services to include coaching, ensuring best practices and protection for the benefit of both clients and clinicians. Course Objectives: -Clearly understand and explain the differences between psychotherapy and coaching. -Recognize the potential ethical dilemmas clinicians may face. -Identify practical strategies for ethically offering coaching services as a licensed clinician. Content Level: Intermediate Course requirements: This course contains one video lesson. After watching the video lesson, you will complete a 10-question quiz and must score 80% or higher. You have unlimited quiz retakes. You must complete all content & an end-of-course evaluation & then your CE certificate will be downloadable in your account. NBCC CE Hours: 0.75 CE Ethics hour Social workers completing this course receive 0.75 Ethics Continuing Education Credit.
